| A friend of mine told me of a neighbor who had his 2022 Dodge Ram pick-up into the car dealership along I-35 for an oil change. The individual drove the pick-up to Lake Stockton, MO and the check engine light appeared. The engine was extremely hot so he let it cool a few minutes, tried to do a quick diagnostic, pulled the dip-stick and there was no oil. The car dealership drained the oil out of the engine, changed the filter and never refilled the engine with new oil. Nightmare of Nightmares ! If you bring your car to Stroman Tire, you can rest easy at night with the confidence your car has been serviced by the best. Mr. Stroman spends very little time at the front counter but walks the service bays constantly observing the service technicians who are working on cars. Some of his service technicians have been with Mauer / Stroman over 30 years. Stroman Tire lives and operates under the Golden Rule - " do unto others as you would have them do unto you ". A simple principle that creates a confidence which allows you a restful sleep at night; either at home or on the road. |

I have learned over the past ten years that if my car is serviced at Stroman Tire, my cost of maintenance will be less because they will NOT suggest repairs that are not necessary, they will answer my questions honestly and stand behind their work. The waiting area is small, a few magazines and one radio; compared to the large auto dealerships a fraction of the size and elegance. Stroman Tire focuses on the essential element of automotive service; the customer and the car. Bring your own tv and coffee if you want and witness a true father-son working relationship focused on two fundamental concepts: "the customer comes first" and "honesty is the best policy". |
