| I have used Maurer tire for years. They do a great job at a reasonable price. Most importantly, I trust them. If they tell me I need something, I believe them. They are not just trying to create "add on" business to pad the bill. |

| The last two times my wife's Expedition has been serviced, we have experienced a lot of oil droppings in our garage. The house is new and I really don't want this on my garage floor. This is evidently caused by your service people being careless and spoiling oil when they fill the crankcase or not wiping off the bottom of the pan or other areas on the bottom of the car. I wish they should be more careful and take more time to make sure they wipe things down before lowering the car back down. Bill Burghart, |
